Purchase Blue Lobelia because it is an herb with many antispasmodic effects. That means that it helps relieve muscle spasms and cramping. The name "Downy Lobelia" came from the fact that it was used to help soothe the muscles of calves and lambs that had been made to lie down repeatedly as part of their handling as livestock. It is also a sedative and will help relax muscles to reduce pain. People have also found that it can reduce nausea and vomiting. Because it is such a powerful muscle relaxant, it should be used with caution and only after consulting a doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions or are taking any other medications.

While Downy Blue for sale is generally safe, some side effects are associated with its use. Some people find that they have trouble breathing when taking this herb, so you should not take it for more than one week at a time for those with lung problems or asthma. It has also been known to make some people sleepy, so it is not recommended for those with existing sleeping problems.
