Return Policy

1 Year warranty on all plants purchased. We do not accept returns unless a product is dead and we can verify it first. Please send us an email with pictures of the plants to [email protected].

You will need to do the scratch test to ensure they are dead, not dormant. Dormant plants look dead when they are not; see the below image.
